The goal of the sabbatical became more and more clear.
On my journey to answer “What’s the purpose of life?”,
I needed to answer these 3 questions:

Here we are.
1 year of sabbatical - 3 questions - 3 answers - I’m now on the right track.
The “purpose” question - If I’m lucky, maybe I will be able to answer it as I continue down this path.
It’s time to give it all I got.
Change is constant
To have big progress requires bigger change. One of the things that I’m giving up is privacy. I never really shared my work in the past no matter what I worked on and I’ve thought that sharing the process is egocentric and adds no value to myself or others.
But when I looked closer at ones who do it with different intentions to inspire and teach, like Pieter Levels (a notable solopreneur), it’s clear that in this age of AI full of templates and garbage content, we are craving for more authentic stories, real behind the scenes, and not just the end result. Many more that were inspired by him are now also sharing openly on X what they build and documenting the whole process.
People want to follow the journey, so they can believe in themselves more. They want to know the good and the bad.
The transparent process allows others to avoid pitfalls and roadblocks. With more crap content made by AI shared everywhere across social media (Post about AI), it’s easy to spot authentic content, but with the new tools, the expectation for the quality of content has gone up as well.
How do we increase the quality of the production without losing the authenticity is the new edge for building businesses. In fact, in a few years, this will be the new standard. For those that master it early, the result is tens of millions of dollars worth of free marketing and loyal fans.
I want to master this. So I’ll be documenting my process of building with AI to learn the latest tools. Soon how I use these tools to enter the Food & Drink businesses.

What’s next!?
I learn the fastest through building.
In Q3 2025 - July / August / September - I will build 3 projects from idea, branding, UI / UX, engineering and everything from scratch each month.
Some of these projects may become something more than what’s planned today, but that’s the fun in building. Pivoting, adding new features, eliminating features, and decide what feedback to take in and what to ignore are all part of the journey.
I will try to be as unfiltered while keeping the story interesting and fun to read / listen.
