Your Odd account
Delete your Odd account
Your Odd account is how you sign in to QG, BestFriend and Raw Daily. Deleting it is permanent and can’t be undone.
First, confirm it’s you, with a code we email to your account’s address or by continuing with Apple. You need to do this even if you’re already signed in.

Signed in with Apple? Continue with Apple, even if you chose Hide My Email. To use an email code instead, enter that relay address: on your iPhone, find it in Settings → your name → Sign in with Apple → the Odd app you use.
Never signed in with an email? Raw Daily’s anonymous sharing and BestFriend use a guest account that has no email to sign in with here. Delete it in that app, in Settings.

What deleting does
- Deletes your Odd account. You won’t be able to sign in to QG, BestFriend, Raw Daily, or any other Odd app, with it again.
- Deletes your Odd recovery record, so your Odd recovery phrase stops working. A copy of the phrase saved in iCloud Keychain or Google’s Block Store stays on your devices but no longer unlocks anything.
- Deletes each app’s data on our servers, including your encrypted backups. BestFriend and Raw Daily remove theirs at their next daily check. QG removes its copy 7 days after it first sees the deletion.
- Doesn’t touch data that is only on your phone. It stays there until you delete it or the app.
- Doesn’t cancel a paid subscription. Cancel it separately, for example in the App Store; deleting your account doesn’t delete billing records a payment provider holds.
To let each app finish removing your data, we keep a short deletion record: the account’s random ID, whether it was a guest account, and when it was deleted. No email address, name or app content. Details are in our privacy policy.
Your Odd account is deleted
You’re signed out. Each Odd app removes its data from our servers on its own schedule: BestFriend and Raw Daily at their next daily check, QG after 7 days.
Data that is only on your phone stays there. To remove it, delete the apps. If you pay for a subscription, cancel it separately, for example in the App Store.
Apple sign-in credentials retained for this account were revoked before deletion. If you used older apps that did not retain credentials, you can also review Sign in with Apple in your Apple Account settings.
If you used Sign in with Apple, you can also stop using it for Odd in your Apple Account settings. On your iPhone, open Settings → your name → Sign in with Apple, select the Odd app or developer, then tap Delete and confirm. Your Odd account deletion is already complete. See Apple’s instructions for stopping Sign in with Apple.
